Managing Share Access


With the Share Access dialog, you can quickly add a role assignment for a given patient or a collection.

Share Access

Note: You must have the Add Resource Assignenments permission on the resource to share that resource. The Share Access dialog is only accessible from a patient or a collection. The Read Workspaces permission must be granted to the user or group on the selected patient's or collection’s workspace.

  1. Open the Share Patient or Share Collection dialog for the current patient or collection.
  2. Select a role from the list of available roles.
  3. Select one or more users or groups.
  4. Press the Add button.

Note: To remove this patient or collection access to a user, follow the steps for Removing Role Assignments.
